However, for those who love T&S and want to know everything about what makes them Tegan & Sara, this is a must-see (and hear) show. This isn’t the “Everything is Awesome” tour, and they’re not going to play the hits. While this show was a very special and meaningful tour for their diehard fans, I wouldn’t recommend it for casual T&S fans. Some of these songs were written when they were 16 years old, but it shows a sign of maturity that goes beyond their age. For the first time, Sara had a secret that she kept from her sister, and it was a weird time for them.Įventually, during the course of the show, that you find out that although the two didn’t really talk about their secrets… but it was out in the open all along in their songs.Įach book reading really give new insights and context to the songs they had written.
